Vinyasa is sanskrit for ‘breath synchronized movement’. Vinyasa Flow Yoga links the postures through breathing and flowing one pose into another.
Classes include a mix of pranayama (breathwork), meditation and asana (postures) to help find balance both on and off the mat.
